Search for “Elemental Skin Care” in the App Store on your iPhone (iOS 16 or later) and tap Get. If you received a TestFlight invitation, install Apple’s free TestFlight app first, then open the invitation link.

Turn on “Birth time unknown”. The profile still works using the Sun, Moon (approximate) and other placements. The Rising sign (Ascendant) is left out, because it depends on the exact time.

Check the spelling, or try the nearest larger town. When you’re online, the app also searches Apple Maps, which finds most towns. If it still can’t be found, turn on “Enter coordinates / offset manually” and type the latitude, longitude and UTC offset (including any daylight saving at the time of birth).

All data is stored only on your iPhone, so it’s included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud Backup, or a backup to your computer). Make sure backups are switched on in Settings › your name › iCloud › iCloud Backup. Deleting the app deletes its data.

Open a client and tap the share icon. Choose the Practitioner card (with an optional “For You” page) or the Client report, as a PDF or image. Then pick Messages, Mail, AirDrop or Print. Your branding from Settings appears on both.

Reminders are local notifications. Make sure notifications are allowed for the app in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Elemental Skin Care, then tap “Remind me to rebook” on the client’s Follow-up tab again. Reminders arrive at 9:00 two days before the suggested date.
