How long does setup take?
Usually a few days once we have what we need from you. We’ll give you a clear timeline on the demo call.
What do I need to provide?
Admin access to your Facebook Page and connected Instagram account, access to your booking calendar, and your services, prices and hours.
Will it sound like a robot?
It’s set up with your salon’s details and tone, and you can ask us to adjust how it talks at any time.
What if a client has a problem or an emergency?
Emergency, medical and legal messages are sent straight to you instead of being answered by the assistant.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly support plan can be cancelled anytime. The $499 setup fee is one-time.
